2025 MOE Primary School Registration Schedule Announced

Singapore's Ministry of Education (MOE) has officially announced the Primary 1 (P1) registration schedule for the 2025 academic year.

Registration Schedule Overview

Phase 1 (July 2-3)

• Eligibility: Children with siblings currently studying in the school
• Registration venue: Respective primary schools

Phase 2A(1) (July 9-10)

• Eligibility: Parents who are alumni of the school, or members of the School Advisory/Management Committee

Phase 2A(2) (July 16-17)

• Eligibility: Children whose parents or siblings are alumni of the school

Phase 2B (July 23-24)

• Eligibility: Families living within 1km of the school

Phase 2C (July 30 - August 1)

• Eligibility: Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents not registered in earlier phases

Phase 3 (August 13-14)

• Eligibility: PR and foreigner children

Key Changes

1. Improved Online Registration System

Starting this year, all registration phases will be conducted online.

2. School Boundary Adjustments

School boundaries have been adjusted in some areas.

3. Stricter Volunteer Hours Recognition

The criteria for recognizing volunteer hours for Phase 2B eligibility have been strengthened.

Information for Foreign Parents

Children of foreigners (EP, DP, LTVP holders) can only register during Phase 3.
